“And the door of prison shakes behind you. You are now there, came out alive from your arrest, you are angry that you were not more careful, you worry if they arrest others, you try to understand what they know, if a lawyer is advised and of course careful to hide what you think. The gun, the counterfeit papers, your clothes, all their own, the light blue form of prison that they trowed in your face and the shoes are very big for you-to make fun of you or because they actually believe that “terrorists” are huge-your face has changed. You look around you and observe carefully the vital area of your next years”

(Klaus Viehmann )

When a comrade is captured, war, reflective attacks, attack to the capitalist society. When a comrade dies, war, revenge, they will pay with any way, everybody must be in position to understand the cost of the death. For every comrade that is prosecuted by the state, war, solidarity to the political choices that led him to this condition, raising of the revolutionary action and continuation of the revolutionary/anarchic fight. The intensity of the revolutionary war has now reached a very high and unprecedented level. The arrests of comrades succeed one more arrests, the revolutionary forces standing up toward the enemy. The last months, after the international call of Conspiracy of Cells of Fire for action in regard to the court of her members, anarchists, revolutionaries and other defendants it began a barrage of international revolutionary-aggressive actions in solidarity in the light of an International Revolutionary Front. The internationalization of the resistance is a constant challenge for us and we consider it essential for the reinforcement of the revolutionary war. Based on this concept we have burned a company of production of military material that collaborated with the Chilean government to express our solidarity and as one more effort to to contribute to this international direction..

Now that in a first phase the bet of globalization for the court of a revolutionary organization should have been gained we must place in the field of the revolutionary dialectic the prospect of the overall internationalization of the Revolutionary Action not only for courts or political circumstances. Let's organize our forces and attack the states in a global level. The effort of setting up a global anarchist revolutionary force is now an actual fact. The exchange of experiences, criticism, the calls, greetings, the analyzes of policy considerations with rebels comrades from all over the world is now a possibility that we must not waste.

The conscience, the consequence, the constitution, the individuality are the most important weapons that each anarchist who have self-respect and aims at the destruction of the state and the capitalistic society should permanently evolve . As anarchists we must know that our revolutionary choices do not retreat in front of imprisonment or even our death. All these are situations that we must have in mind and constantly thinking them so that we do not stay speechless in a bad situation. We believe that in the war that is conducted in many levels we can not and we must not try to win only in the military field. That is to say that our fight is mainly political. Therefore in case of an imprisonment we believe that we must not hide anything from our political opinion and ideas. That is why we consider an unrespectable attitude as a political defeat.

Additionally, as a matter of fact if you do not support totally your political ideas and actions in order to reduce your punishment you automatically reduce the choices and the tension of your fight from inside the walls. "Certainly there are plots and cases that criminalize relationships between individuals, but that is not to say that our role as rebels is to focus there and propose nothing. Rebels are not lawyers in order to restrict their beliefs in legal arbitrariness by cops and judges. Then, that is their role " G. Tsakalos In relation to this issue it is very important to assess the consequence of words and actions of prisoners of war. An assessment that is proved into practice through revolutionary solidarity. We also stand next to our comrades that are imprisoned in the jail of Aulona for the case of Nadir. Both of them have taken place of counter-attack behind the walls expressing their political beliefs, while they participate with the other Thessalonian comrades in the abstention of soupe in solidarity to the companions that are judged for Conspiracy of Cells of Fire. We want to declare that independent from the affair for which an anarchist-rebel is accused (e.g for an arson or for a riot or for armed struggle) his attitude inside the walls must not be determined by the means that he used and for which he was jailed but from his political perception and theory which is not shaped neither is influenced from legalistic mentality but also does not rate the means of the fight. And we are saying that because the comrades even if arrested for an “inferior” affair (legally and only) than others they signed with comrades who have more severe categories, while it could be possible for many to think that they should not say anything, because in any case they will be released soon (something that is also doubtful). "We do not ask for something small

. What we are looking for is the war itself and within it the hand that will catch our own, after a victory, but especially after a defeat which was never accompanied by retreat. The hand that will target without hesitation, whatever and whoever was targeting and our hand. Straight and between the eyes. Because the fight never finishes, but only explodes." On Thursday January 13 our comrades Dimitri Fessas, Babis Tsilianidis Dimitris Dimtsiadis and Sokrates Tzifkas are arrested by the counter-terrorism police who were fugitive from justice after the arrest of rebel John Skouloudis. The comrades were not apologized, saying that they are anarchistsrebels and they did not recognize the process. They did not even take lawyers proving their intolerance toward to the juridical system and his laws as well as in the “freedoms” that this provides(legal defense). For this affair was also arrested the anarchist Fee Mayer. We believe that the anarchists's public actions in relation to the case for the arrests of the four comrades from Thessaloniki is unacceptable. The fact that there were public calls for the "unfair" arrest of Fee Mayer, the criminalization of her friendly fellow-relations, the way that media handled her case and many other things more aimed at the disorientation of the affair. We believe that it is hypocritical when four comrades have not even their own lawyer and have said to the investigators that they do not apologize as they are anarchic rebels. It is proved once again that eventually the "innocent" deserve more "innocent ¨ legalistic solidarity. Once again the solidarity takes the Christian form of sympathy. After the arrest of the anarchist and member of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire Michalis Nikolopoulos we immediately decided as a minimum response some reflective hits. So, from Thursday to Saturday we had an incendiary barrage aimed to answer the minimum to the arrest of our comrade. Obviously we know that these actions were reflective and that compared with the hit of a capture is minimal so we promise more powerful hits.

We take responsibility for the arsons of: • Mc Donald's in Athens

• Zografou town hall

• Kaisariani town hall

The attempted arson at Marks & Spenser stores
and Fred Perry in a street full of stores at Kifissia.

Unfortunately for us, somebody alerted to the existence of three incendiary packages, and were disabled by the cops.

PS 1. We welcome all calls of rebel teams that call into action and we recall on a new round of ruthless warfare.

PS 2. Good strength and courage to comrades whose trial is conducted in Koridallos prison when they give their own fight against the judicial authorities. Hold on comrades, nothing is left unanswered.

PS 3. On Monday morning comrade Rami Syrianos arrested for an armed robbery and was detained. Good strength in your struggle comrade.

ALF/ELF Solidarity with Conspiracy Cells of Fire in Greece

January from directaction.info:

15th: ELF SET FIRE TO BULLDOZER, VEHICLES
22nd: BANK BOMBED - COMMUNIQUE TO FOLLOW
25th: ALF SOLIDARITY WITH GREEK PRISONERS

anonymous communique (translation):

"... We are not in solidarity with the suffering of people, we are in solidarity with the energy and strength of those who do not tolerate their suffering ...
words of the Conspiracy Cells of Fire

January 12:
Militants from the Frente de Liberación de la Tierra wanted to show our full support for the prisoners of the Conspiracy Cells of Fire who will be prosecuted on the 17th of this month. So, armed with gasoline, we took to the streets to stoke the flames of insurrection. We claim responsibility for the burning of:
A white van parked outside a luxury home
A cargo trailer
And a bulldozer inside a construction site
All these targets were in the town of Coacalco in Mexico State.
We are against civilization and its whole system of domination. The burning of cars is a clear challenge to the authorities who look after the interests of those who destroy ecosystems. Cars are now and will always be an important target, since the automobile industry is one of the biggest polluters, is making the land desolate and destroying the little remaining wildlife. More and more each day, the cities are filled with these machines; society (as always) is complicit with the planetary destruction, making the automobile industry more profitable due to the massive demand for them on every street; their unhappiness multiplying, disguised behind a smile on their face and their hands on the wheel. Life in society is false like everything in civilization. The newest cell phone? The latest car model? A luxurious beachfront house? The newest technology? All are lies, it is all an illusion fueled by the false hope of becoming 'someone' in life, a life governed by those who always tell you what to do and what not to do.
Because of all this, we say, war on society, war against the established order, war on modern civilization!
With this communique, in addition to this small critique of the systemized society, we also want to make public our participation in the International Network of Action and Solidarity. It will be based on the extensive effort of many individuals, cells and/or groups. We know that with time a network made up of people unknown to each other but with a common purpose will be one of the primary threats to the capital-state. We are already it, now that we are each acting on our own, imagining ourselves striking together, but in different parts of the world.
A fraternal greeting to the CCF of Greece, to the FAI in Italy, to the individual activists in Chile, to the ELF of Russia, to the autonomous individuals burning cars in Argentina and Germany, to the other comrades of Mexico and to any another person or persons who wish to participate in joint efforts of direct confrontation against all authority for years to come!

Freedom for comrades imprisoned in Mexico, Greece, Switzerland, Chile and throughout the world!

Atonement through social war!

Noise-bombs and threats in Santiago (Chile)

FROM 325.nostate.net/?p=1651

On the 21 January 2010, the Insurrectional Cell for Total Liberation took responsibility for detonating loud noise-bombs against the Foreign Ministry and the Police headquarters in the centre of Santiago, capital of Chile
.
The same group claimed for sending bomb-threats to the ambassador of the Greek state in Chile, Chrysoula Karykopoulou. This was done in solidarity with the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire on trial in Athens, Braulio Duran & Adrian Magdaleno (prisoners of the Mexican State*), and the comrades arrested in Chile for the “Caso Bombas”/’Bombs Case’.

Hania, Crete, Greece - Responsibility Claim for armoured vehicle arson

23/1/11 - “Doubt. Refusal. Attack. I dispute and despise the code of values of this society. I refuse to compromise. I attack fiercely everything that limits us, underestimates us, enslaves us. The choice of Revolution, permanent and inalterable Now and Always.”
Haris Hadjimihelakis

Historically the state is the evolution of a gang of people, that with as a tool laws, fear, repression with as a pretext safety they aim to achieve the militarisation of their interests, theirs and the bosses.
Thus, with the use of violence, physical or not, they try to impose the social conditions of subjugation and solidify social peace. Especially now that the reliability of the political system is decomposing and the capitalistic “bubbles” of “growth” and “prosperity” have burst, the distress of sovereignty for its perpetuation becomes even more evident. It is therefore upgrading its arsenal in order to face the internal enemy. It votes terror laws, it harasses, it represses.

At this moment in the cells of “democracy” there are dozens of anarchists that chose to move into the path of fire and resistance, aiming at the destruction of the state and its mechanisms, until individual and social liberation.

The objective of the state, apart from physical extermination, is also their social isolation. Thus, it does not hesitate to criminalize political, social, even friendly relations. The examples are many with most recent that of Fee Mayer.
“Isolate them!”. We have heard it many times from them but also from the parrots of Mass Media taming, commonly journalists. However, they are not only addressed to the imprisoned television viewers, but also to those parts of society that resist. Placing dilemmas and separating the tactics of struggle they seek its division and self-amputation. The fight against the state and the bosses is multiform, multidimensional and multilevelled, however the aim is one: the destruction of the rotten existent for individual and social liberation.
In the frames of this struggle we choose not to leave any fighter alone. We stand in solidarity to those that have clearly chosen what side they are on. That of resistance, revolutionary conscience, rage.
Thus, we as well, the dawn of 21-1-11 chose to deliver to flames 2 security vehicles for money transfers of Brinks company by sending our own flaming signal. The target was far from accidental since the security companies come to cover the gap left by the governmental dogs of the “safety” forces. They have been assigned to guard many public buildings and services as well as the transport of the wealth, ensuring the smooth flow of money. They protect the bosses and their properties, those that they defend with so much passion. It's the very companies that the “democratic” regimes in Europe and America have assigned to manufacture and operate private prisons and the creation of private armies.

We dedicate this action to anarchist revolutionaries Gerasimos Tsakalos - Panagiotis Argirou – Haris Hadjimihelakis, members of the Revolutionary Organization Conspiracy Cells of Fire as well as Panagiotis Masouras - Konstantina Karakatsani - Alexandros Mitrousias - Giorgos Karagiannidis that are persecuted for same case.
PS1. We do not forget the unrepentant revolutionary urban guerillas N.Maziotis – P.Roupa - K.Gournas members of the armed organization Revolutionary Struggle as well as the anarchist fighters that are persecuted for the same case.

Honour for ever to Lambros Foundas member of R.S.

PS2. Freedom to the anarchist comrades that are confined in the hell-holes of “democracy”.

PS3. We stand in solidarity to every prisoner that fights consciously, with dignity, against the rotten institution of prisons.

REVOLUTION FIRST AND ALWAYS
THE STATES ARE THE ONLY TERRORISTS

FREEDOM TO ALL IMPRISONED FIGHTERS

Responsibility claim for two-day arson barrage Athens Monday, January 17, 2011

Saturday night 15/1 and Sunday 16/1 we torched:
- bank of Proton Bank in Vironas area
- Local organization of PASOK (
ruling party) in Moshato,
- Two vehicles of a security company in Gizi,
- Personal motorbike of a cop who lives in Exarchia (Asimaki Fotila street).

We dedicate these actions to our imprisoned comrades accused in the case of the "Conspiracy of Cells of Fire" and tried as of today in the political court marshal in Koridallos prison. Three of those have taken the political responsibility for the organization, while the others deny their participation, but keep intact their rebelliousness and dignity.
We pledge that we will not leave any imprisoned revolutionary alone. These violent acts of resistance are not only fair, but also the duty of every person who puts themselves against a world where exploitation and injustice reign and money is in charge. The individual agreements and disagreements are to be discussed; what is non-negotiable is: solidarity between individuals and groups who are fighting for freedom in every way and with any means.

Also, towards the new treaty that criminalizes social, political and personal relationships (like in the case of the notorious "safehouse" of Halandri, but recently the case of the four comrades wanted for arson in Thessaloniki), we respond with even more rage and anger, more litres of petrol
and butane bottles. Of course, we do not forget the famously disgusting minions of the system, the journalists, who for a salary and a career, mock and step on the freedom and the dignity of our comrades, repeating the lies of the police and presenting various scenarios of their imagination; to try, condemn and destroy lives and reputations, before “civil justice” does it officially. They should know that on this side of the war, memory and honour is in excess, and sooner or later they will pay for the dirty role they have chosen in life.

Finally, we want to say that we chose to act on this theoretically "tough" weekend before the beginning of the trial, when the police have unleashed their obvious and also hidden running dogs, in fear of a new armed attack, to break in this way the terror and fear that the State attempts to impose on society and on people who are fighting. As long as the State is unable to mend the holes of a system that’s collapsing, the noose will tighten and the measures will intensify. We must stand strong and act with all our power, until the Revolution and Liberation, social and individual.

Freedom to H.Hadjimihelakis, P. Argirou, G.Tsakalos who have taken the political responsibility for the "Conspiracy Cells of Fire" and P.Massouras, K.Karakatsani, A.Mitrousias, G.Karagiannidis who are imprisoned for the same
case.

Solidarity to all imprisoned anarchists and revolutionaries.
Struggle by any means - Revolution First and Always.

Wolves of Solidarity

note: the "safe house" in Halandri area in Athens was the name given by the media and cops to the house of Haris Hadjimihelakis where they allegedely found homemade bombs and fingerprints which led to most of the arrests in the case.

İstanbul - Solidarity Action with Conspiracy Cells of Fire

From Istanbul Indymedia İstanbul, Turkey (16.01.2011) - In the night of 16th of January 2011 at 7 p.m. against the biggest one of the shopping centers in Istanbul, Cevahir AVM, there was an attack with fireworks. The 4 of the exploded 7 fireworks hit the entrance and the windows of shopping center. While fireworks begin to explode, there had been no injury except a little bit panic.
While the banks, shopping centers, fasfoods and other part of the consuming culture reduce imagination and free time to shit and debt, while our planet began to unliveable because of the consumption and commodification, we see a little art-sabotage not inappropriate.

The actions that we took like this is for solidarity with our comrades who are now in hostages in Greece dungeons and with Conspiracy Cells of Fire.

Insurrectionary greetings

Bellinzona, Switzerland - Fire in federal court

17.01.2011

Last night, at 2:00 am, a fire broke out of an apparently anarchist matrix at the entrance of the building that houses the Federal Criminal Court (TPF) in Bellinzona. Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire and there were no injuries.
Two women who worked on the third floor were able to leave the building unharmed, says a statement of the Ticino cantonal police.
The alleged perpetrators of the criminal act left written slogans of an anarchist character on the wall of the building. "Fire to the courts. Smash the state", according to a photograph published on the website of Swiss Radio (CSR).
The fire damaged the main entrance door and the surrounding area. The building also houses the Regional Directorate of Swisscom.

"Fire to the courts, smash the state"

"solidarity to the comrades of conspiracy of cells of fire and complicity in the struggle"

Poland: Solidarity with Conspiracy Cells of FireConspiracy of Cells of Fire

In connection with an appeal that was calling to solidarity actions, launched by the Greek group of activists from Conspiracy Cells of Fire, on January 17 of current year, in the province Śląsk (Poland) activists took a symbolic supportive action as an answer to this appeal.
On the entrance of the "KB bank" a banner was hanged:  'Solidarity with Greece', which bears the distinctive logo of the Greek group. Support was also expressed in English by paint, that was also thrown at the doors.

We hope that this small gesture of solidarity, adds a bit of support, becouse along with the date January 17 begins the process for the activists, according to penal system that sets it as activism of terror.
With this event, we hope that this is not the end of solidarity actions, both in Poland and abroad.

Torture in Korinthos jail - Letters from Prisoners" (south-Greece)

"Over the past week situations of extremely fascistic behaviour have taken place in the "dukedom" of Korinthos' jails. We use the word Dukedom, because chairmen, sergeants, step-sergeants, employees are nearly all residents in the Corinthian area, some of them with the same surname, who obviously consider the jail their "privately-owned family manor". On 3rd January 2011 one of the persons who lives in our cell came back from outside (after the jail authorities' permission to meet his family for the Christmas vacation) and instead of coming back to our cell, - as always happens after permits -, where all his personal belongings are, the guards lock him in another cell where he sleeps on the floor. In his place (and bed) they bring a prisoner who has just arrived from another jail. We reacted intensely, demanding that they bring our cellmate back into our cell. Then, the chief-sergeant Mr. Sotirios Tziavikos (a member of the famous Tziavikos' people-guards Family) - in order to "show who is boss" and that he does not stand any protests or "demands" from the prisoners' side – also ordered that the other two of us leave the cell and be removed to the block. Of course we refused to move, saying that the only way to remove us is to take us to the punishment cells ... The chief- sear gent ordered us to pick up our personal stuff, while informing us that "he is boss". Because of Dignity - which the people-guards do not have and that's why they do not understand it - we refused to obey his orders again, contesting the self evident and basic: namely, the capacity to chose (as much as someone can talk about "choice" inside the wretched conditions of imprisonment) the people with whom we live, refusing to be treated like objects that are put on shelves anyway and whenever the people-guards want it. Two days later, on Wednesday 5th, during the afternoon, when the jail shuts down, the people-guards, after locking up the cells, took one of our cellmates into the corridor, put handcuffs on him and started beating him up then threw him into the punishment block. Of course, we all understood how different the results and situation would have been if the opposite had happened ... The report of these events is the result of what our dignity orders us to do because we do not expect anything, nor beg anything from any official "authority on duty". Moreover, the authorities have proved in action ... how "emotional" they are against prisoners - outcasts, poor devils, immigrants and those who doubt their authority."

Letter from the prisoner Charalambos Avramidis
From the moment I stepped out of the cell, I was attacked without any reason by the people-guards Mr. Georgios Michos, Mr. Vasilios Kotsis and Mr. Marinos Stavrou. While they were beating me up and I saw the handcuffs they were holding, I understood at once what was to follow for me while I was in their hands. Because in the eyes of a people-guard prisoners are just body-sacks. While I was being attacked by the three people-guards, it was reasonable to resist to them. I know very well that other prisoners have also passed from here and been tortured on a higher level than me. Then they tied me up and beat me "carefully", namely on the body and legs and not on the face. After they put the handcuffs on me they trailed me along the floor for 3 - 4 metres like a sack of muck. Sometime I made it to sit up and then the second round started. Mr. Michos grasped me with a headlock and started punching me on my left ear - which is still humming and I have intense pain - and on my sides. They threw me in a punishment-cell-barrack full of dirt and waste water, with a wretched mattress on the dirty floor. The humidity was making my injuries more painful. During the night I did not sleep because I know, from other prisoners who have been in the same position, what can happen during the night ... The people-guards started laughing at me, saying "oh, come on Charalambos, what else could Michos do, he was only following orders" - orders obviously coming from the chief-torturer - chief-sergeant -, or "I should have been on duty that night, then you’d have seen what could happen to you", or they also told me "ehhhh, it's ok, you only got a few, you should have got more". The immediate reaction and solidarity from my cellmates and because the people-guards wanted "the event to remain inside the jail", made them start behaving "sweet" to the prisoners. But, no matter how much perfume they put on, they will always stink like pigs! After three days in the punishment cell they transferred me to a dormitory, where instead of 10, there are 26 persons, some of them sleeping two to a bed, telling me that in ten days I will be back in my cell ...

Yesterday it was the time of my brother
Today it's mine Tomorrow the time of us all.

On Sunday, January 9 a solidarity demo was held outside the Corinth prison for Charalambos Avramidis, who was beaten by guards and for the Christoforos  Cortesis, his cell mates Petrov and D. Tsikrikas. Slogans were shouted from inside and outside the prison and written on the walls. The director and the guards got a strong message that bullying and beating does not pass and that we never leave our comrades alone. !!

Here are some photos of the slogans at the entrance of the prison.

Solidarity assemblies outside prisons across Greece

Each new year’s eve we do not forget those who are buried in the prison cells of the republic. One more year, we found ourselves next to imprisoned comrades and all those detained who do not bent neither bow their head, who dared to resist and fight against the regime. We also stand in solidarity to all imprisoned activists who fight for better conditions of incarceration, and claim their self-evident rights even though they’re still deprived of their freedom.
Athens: more than 400 people gathered outside Koridallos prisons. One of the louder slogans was ‘Neither criminal neither political; set fire to all prisons.’
Video of the second intervention, outside the female prison wing:

Thessaloniki: about 100 people gathered outside Diavata prisons. On their return, they stopped at the police headquarters of Thessaloniki (GADTH), where a comrade is detained after he was arrested during the invasion in the anarchist squat Nadir; he has made an appeal.
Heraklion, Crete: 30 comrades held a motorized march towards Alikarnassos prisons, making an intervention at the rear of the prisons with fireworks, etc.
Volos: at least 70 comrades chose to get as close as possible to the people behind the bars of the Greek republic. The detainees, who were in tension since early in the evening, cried out slogans and hit the cell bars as soon as comrades got there with slogans and fireworks. There was also a mini demonstration round the juvenile prison.

anarchist attack action in innercity bristol for a smashing new year

january the first. anarchists saw in the new year 2011 with attacks on both newfoundland road police station and the probation office on upper york street using easily found stones.

with our action, we breathe revolutionary solidarity for the next year and beyond to all those engaged in struggle against the state and capitalism in whatever forms across the planet. we especially think of those behind bars who became rebels and have risen up and burned Ford prison. we identify with them, as it would seem we both wish for jails to become ashes in this moment. each moment cannot fail to bring us closer to the conclusion we already knew - the only way out of this society that with its cctv cameras, cops, conformity, e-surveillance, snitches and repression of dissent begins to resemble the prison more closely. so we in turn continue our own project of desire for total liberation so attacking that which attacks us.

to the pigs and their apologists - we will strike again soon. happy new year.

love & rage across borders, until every wall falls.

NEW YEARS EVE OUTSIDE KORIDALLOS PRISONS ATHENS

From the prisoners in the prisons of Georgia that started the biggest mobilization in the history of N. America, to the imrisoned Palestinian fighters.
From the imrisoned Chilean anarchists and the revolts in the prisons of San Miguel, Antofagasta, El Manzano etc, to the fires in the flat-roofs of the prisons Malandrinou.
From the hunger strikes in the white cells in Turkey, to the "terrorists" that were tortured in the hellholes of Guantanamo.
From the thousands of immigrants in prisons and in concentration camps, to the addict prisoners that are cramed in the cells of "welfare state".
With dozens of fighters locked u in the Greek prisons and with the recent mass mobilizations around the country (with abstention from rison food and hunger strikes).

. the common struggle inside and outside the walls continues
until the destruction of every prison and system that gives birth to it ...

solidarity goes beyond walls,
through bars, beyond borders

“Our day will come, our day will come”
Bobby Sands

Or has it come?

Gone is the days when the politicians toured the cities and villages promising the growth and the prosperity of our land accepting claps and handshakes.

Gone are the days when the cops went around care-free without bulletproof vests, with the gun secured and chilling outside the Police Stations and the “hangouts” of the city.

Gone are the days where the journalists were next door people “compassionate” and “understanding” the problems of the people.

Gone are the days where the judges and public prosecutors gave out the sentences and the years as if they were chick peas.

Gone are the days where the snitches were the proud informal cops of social prosperity.
Gone are the days….
Gone are the days….

What goes around comes around.
The day came where the politicians will get beaten wherever they are (if they are) and bloody they will run to save, not their political career but their life.

The day came where the cops will go around in groups of ten, they will hide in the police sations behind bulletproof windows and when they go to look after a witness of a case they will not know if they will return home at night.

The day came where the journalists will think very well before putting the pen to the paper.

The day came where the judges and the public prosecutors will accept as many parcels as the the years they give out.

The day came where the snitches will not expose but will be exposed.
The day came…
The day came…

Here we are
With the repression, the terrorism and with more than 30 prisoners and 10 persecuted the battle is not lost, neither finishes but it continues with each one of us counting forces and re striking wherever this is possible. Everywhere.

From militant protests with stones and bottles to the haters of our freedom up to bomb attacks on banks, homes of politicians and government buildings. From spontaneous attacks against uniformed pigs up to organized attacks in the centre of the city. From the incendiary attack on a car dealership in Maroussi up to the mailing of bombs to the embassies of Switzerland and Chile in Rome. Again and again remaining in the substance, that of aggressive mood whatever means, quantity individual towards this rotten existence that surrounds us. Until the destruction of everything.

Participating thus to the call of Warriors of Revolutionary Conscience we placed on the 22/12 an incendiary device in the restaurant Pyrofania in the area of Stavroupoli, Thessalonici, a known hangout of cops where they enjoyed also the 15% discount that is offered to them by the shop in question.

Finally we greet the imprisoned comrades Giannis Skouloudis and the 2 for the Nadir case, as well as the 4 persecuted (Sokratis Tsifkas, Babis Tsilianidis, Dimitris Fessas, Dimitris Dimitsiadis)
We should set the terms.
Make our refusal action.

MOVE ON THE ATTACK.

GIANNIS DIMITRAKIS TRIAL UPDATE SENTENCED ANNOUNCED 23/12/10

GIANNIS DIMITRAKIS TRIAL UPDATE
SENTENCED ANNOUNCED
23/12/10
Today was announced the final sentence at the court of appeals for comrade Giannis Dimitrakis. The sentence after the fusions is 12,5 years of imprisonment (less than the 35 years he got at the first trial).
All together he was found guilty for the robbery in the national bank on Solonos str, (7 years imprisonment), guilty for mental support in the attempted homicide of the guard of the bank (6 years imprisonment), guilty for participating in a gang (4 years imprisonment), guilty for using a gun (2 years imprisonment). He was not recognized with mitigations but with the fusion of the sentences the final sentence is 12.5 years. The sentence he has to serve is 3/5 so Giannis Dimitrakis has to serve 7.5 years. He has already served almost 5 years.
The room was full of supporters, that burst out in slogans and clapping after the announcement of the decision. The presence of the cops was discreet without EKAM (greek special forces) and masked ones as at previous trials. The speeches and points made of the defence lawyers were remarkable and they didn't speak of a "victory" ofcourse but for a "proportional sentence that corresponds the charges"
The comrade was led again to prison with his fists raised and in the next days he is expected to be led to Domokos prison from the prisons of Koridallos where he was kept temporarily for the trial.

Anarchists solidarity protest outside Korydallos prison, the main prison in Athens, at the time of the change of the year. This protest happens every New Year's Eve for the past six years. This year more than 400 people took part in the protest that interacted with the prisoners inside through shouting mutual slogans and fireworks. The main slogan was "The passion for freedom is stronger that your prisons".
