Due to THE Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) not complying with the courts orders the trial date has changed.

The new date is:

7th June, 2010

The CPS failed to serve the defence with all 'seen' and 'unseen material by the agreed date which was some time back at the beginning of March - hence the date change.

As you can see, despite 17 months on remand, found guilty without a trial.
