Minister injured in car bomb in Russia. A russian minister was injured and his driver died from the attack on his car in Dagestan the russian authorities announced today. Bekmurza Bekmurzaye, local minister in charge of national and religious matters. The driver which was a police officer died on the spot and the minister and his bodyguards were taken to hospital. Dagestan is in Caucasus.
