Solidarity gathering Monday 1st of November,Appeals Court, Athens

Maria Beraha (the partner of Kostas Gournas) and  Nikos Malapanis, were both charged with participation in the Revolutionary struggle group. Appearing before the prosecutor general this morning, they were both released pending their testimony in 11 November 2010 the same time 9.00 Appeals Court, Athens.

Kostas Gournas wins in his struggle to be transferred  to korudallos prison closer to his partner and  twin children. Nikos Maziotis had joined Gournas in the strike.
