After staying more than 40 days in Avlona prisons, the second year old student of the Polytechnic Faculty of AUTh will be set free, under bail, until the trial takes place, according to the decision of the Magistrates Committee, issued last week. They accepted the plea of the youngster against the preventive detainment order.

These two men, aged 24 and 27, were detained after their testimony to the Court Prisons of Komotini.
In the decision it was also mentioned that the three arrestees, who face criminal charges for constructing and possessing explosive bombs, and for causing explosions, "have never fugitives and have never been accused for any other offense".
