March 5 updates (all times GMT+2)
13.41 Employees of the ministry of interior are occupying the headquarters of the government gazette. Every law that is voted in parliament must be printed in the gazette to come into effect. The employees are occupying to stop the law introducing the austerity measures from being printed!
12.43 In Thessaloniki, the regional ministry of Macedonia and Thrace was briefly occupied by protesters; they were attacked by riot police and tear-gassed – they have just evacuated the building.
12.16 Employees at the hospital of Nikaia applied their general assembly’s decision by occupying the office of the vice-minister of Health, in Athens.
11.30 Strike protests are underway in Athens and Thessaloniki; reports will come in later.

- N.V., 21 years old, who was prejailed after being accused for participation in the Conspiracy Cells of the Fire Urban Guerrilla Organization was released today. The comrade has been in pre-jail custody since the 1st of February, when he was arrested, because of a finger-print of him on a plastic bag which was found inside the so called "terrorists hide-out" by the antiterrorist pig forces. - Four local TV-stations in Patras town squatted for some minutes by members of PAME (syndicalists of communistic parliament party). The workers entered the buildings of the TV-stations before the beginning of the news and announced a manifestation about the mobilization demonstrations on the 4th March against the economical program of the goverment and EU.
Thursday 4th March 2010
- Members of PAME squatted the Ministry of Finance for seven hours close to the parliament in the city of Athens. The syndicalists have organized mobilization actions in 62 different towns around Greece and call for a General Strike for tomorrow against the government's economical program. GSEE (General Confederation of Workers Greece), the official bourgeoisie organization that can register one more General Strike, event that a lot of workers and unions ask for, refuses to announce for it.

Some clashes with cops in front of the parliament who used tear-gas against the protestors who responded with stones. Some banks smashed down, some multinational shopping malls. Barricades also at Akademias & Sinas streets and clashes with special pigs' forces. People also have stopped the traffic in several avenues informing the people to join the actions. Mass Media in Greece refuse to report about the mobilizations. Another important thing is that the people in the streets are really angry and carry lot of rage which do not have any problem to express: the attacks against cops happen at once when it is needed, but also many people discuss with them trying to explain that in their uniforms they only serve the rich elite of this system. Also, some independant researches (and not payed polls with pre-made results) show that 95.5% of the people in Greece do not believe in what Mass Media present. Together with these results the state propaganda about "national unity and obedience to the austerity program" is not believed by people.

About the arrests of February 15th in Paris and the alleged serial-ATMers
Tuesday 3 March 2009
Last February 15th, at six in the morning, seven people were arrested and their houses searched, for an investigation concerning the agitation around the Vincennes detention Center revolt and trial, and against the deportation machine. Several details on these arrests and their immediate consequences…
House-Search and waking up at 6 o‘clock
No doors were broken, and in general, it has been possible to gain time before cops entered ( and before they threatened to use their ram). All in all, fifty Antiterrorist Section cops(SAT), of the Criminal Brigade ( followed with the DCRI-secret information police-, Financial Brigade, computers specialists…) were mobilised for this arrests raid. Mainly, they were looking for specific clothes ( scarfs, hats, jackets, sweat-shirt, shoes), but also flyers, brochures and posters- about all subjects, and especially those against deportation machine. Of course, they seized computers, mobile phones, diaries and other notebooks, and spray cans and banners ( « November 2005-December 2008, the arson is spreading »; « No NATO, nor Taliban, let’s desert the wars of the powerful ») as well. Cops took many pictures of different documents and books. Finally, cigarets and tooth-brushs were seized for DNA sample; some people were « asked » for their underwear, but in vain. And, being over zealous, cops passed DNA cotton buds on the bed sheets.
After this, people were taken away and questionned. Some people present during the house search were also questionned. Let’s remind that it’s not an obligation to accept the questioning.
Questionings
To have « nothing to declare », to refuse to answer their questions and to not sign any of their papers during the watch, is less a general principle than a practical obviousness.
The reality of this cop-watch, is the cops time, when everything is done in order to obtain confessisons, and when any word can be used for charge [on this subject, one can read Questioning techincs in Mauvaises Intentions compilation]. And inspite the pressure attempts, we know cops do not have the direct power to extend the watch time, nor to impose any condamnation. In this case, the people taken away to custody didn‘t declare or signed anything.
ATM, promenades and occupations
In the begining of the arrests, the charges were « voluntary, serious damages and destruction in group », « arson or explosive substance damages or destruction » and « criminal association ».
Actually, the arrested people are suspected to participate to the agitation around the trial of the Vincennes detention center detainees in revolt, and to the struggle against the deportation machine in general [see the brochure A chacun le sien- about the collaboratiing vultures]. It’s a struggle that expressed itself through AirFrance and Carlson WagonLits agencies occupations, wild marchs [see the brochure Balade], posters and graffities, banks ATM sabotages – these banks well known for having denounced sans-papiers to cops, were sabotaged with glue, acid, arson and hammers hits, banners hung on the close ring of Paris etc. See Here.
This is what is called an investigation!
Though the investigation was, due to press, under antiterrorist note, the prosecution decided during the arrests to re-define the investigation from criminal to correctional, and then to remove the « antiterrorism » note. What is attacked is the struggle against the deportation machine ( and against the world that goes with it), self-organization and direct/anonymous actions as well.
The use of the video surveillance by police
During the questionings, video bands were showed to the accused. Notice that most of the time, the camera pictures ( these ’round‘ cameras up to the ATM) are quite good quality: high definition, colors, zoom… About 60 cameras bands are alreay added to the case. Of course, it’s not only about the damaged ATM, but also posters and graffitis during the wild marchs ( on Ibis Hostels, post banks, BNP, LCL, Société Générale, Air France…). How will it be, when the promised 1300 cameras will be connected in Paris?!
About DNA samples
All the accused refused DNA samples ( digitales files and pictures as well), but cops tried their best to get whatever has been touched: plastic cup and cutlery, straws, cigarettes butts… and, what amazing, a pig even thought about slealing up an hygenic towel, for analysis…
It’s possible to not touch anything with your mouth ( and so to not let your salvia) on the ustensil, or to scrub them on the floor, so you mix the DNA marks that are already in the cell.
For more details about the DNA refusal and the judicial application: http:/adn.internetdown.org.
In front of the judge, and judicial control
After 48 hours of watch, and 10 at the depot, one by one, and with a lawyer, the accused meet the judge. Three options are left: to shut up, to make an initiale declaration, or to answer the questions. Four people are finally under investigation, and condamned to a judicial control. It’s forbidden to see each other or to contact each other, they must answer the APPE call (Judicial Help Association), and it’s forbidden to leave the national territory without asking the judge [see the brochure Prison at Home].
Finally, four people are under investigation for « damages or destruction in a group », two of them are also accused of « arson or explosive substance damages or destruction ». A fifth person is looked for, accused of the same facts.
To break the struggle
The main goal of these arrests and the judicial control that follows is to separate and to isolate more and more those who fight. It’s also about to eradicate some ways of revolt- as common as postering, graffitis and wild marchs. To condamn some ways of action, with the excuse they are directily linked to the current repression, only reinforces the separation the State tries to impose [see the text Un Pavé dans les rouages]. These arrests, house searches and investigations raid, if we do not consider the information work police did, is only one more pressure hit against any desire to act, and to destroy what destroys us!
Everything goes on!
Struggles and revolts in Europe
The current context is not reduced to France; in Europe, the revolts are many, in the Detention Centers and around. To learn more about these actual struggles, one can read the follwing brochures [in french]:
- Fire to borders
- History of the revolts in Detention center in Europe
In Italy, the same type of repression attacked, several days after the arrests in Paris, some people suspected to participate to the struggles against the CIE, in Turin, Lecce, Rovereto… Several of the accused were put in prison and put under house arrest, and other under « special surveillance ».
But solidarity does not care about borders eighter; so it’s with joy we learnt the recent attacks against ATM in Belgium and Spain.
WE WON‘T CRY FOR SMASHED ATM
THE STRUGGLE GOES ON

Complete Writings of V.I. Lenin, tome 27
JPMorgan investment bank was since the middle-war a powerful monopoly stock company that used to control a large number of U.S. banks and industrial associations and companies. Such was for example the General Electric and General Motors, which until 2006 had annual revenues higher than the GDP of Ireland, New Zealand, Uruguay, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Namibia, Nicaragua and Chad together. With the crash of 1929, which caused such things as the predatory mania of JPMorgan, promoting the well-known "economical bubbles", this profit-speculative company smashed all the small economical groups, by merging them and asserting its sovereignty and its monopoly character.
Today we are one more capitalist crisis that has been forseen, moreover inherent to the character of the capitalist model. It started for one more time in the so-called "country of prosperity", America, with the poor middle American citizen who used to take house-loans, it was spreaded with the so-called 'toxic' financial products and escalated with mass redundancies of workers in multinational companies and factories, company closures, pressure against lower-income countries and the list is endless. Those companies which survived, succeeded with the money of taxpayers in any country while on the same time all over the world the voices that were asking the crisis to be paid by those who created it were becoming louder. Of course, injustice and oppression exist either the capitalist model is experiencing a boom or recession. Long before the crisis, to avoid loss of profits imposed by labor achievements, the large multinational companies transferred their capital and their production to countries of the so-called 'developing', according to their terminology, world, in order to achieve the lowest production cost. Some of them, such as Nike and Adidas and otherones, which have already transferred their production to developing countries, refuse to pay even the 87 cents per hour which are considered as necessary to cover the basic cost of living for the workers and avoid the risks of disease outbreaks etc. Instead, some of them pay only 13 cents per hour. At the same time there is another darker side. The American "leader" of the "free world" since the Second World War, decided to assume the role of exporter of the "Western democracy" by exporting war and oppression in 'developing' regions of the planet, such as the much-suffer countries of the Arab world while meanwhile supports economically and militarily some fascistic states, such as Israel. With this blatant arrogance of the powerful states and the market dominance on the planet collapsed the ideological investment of America which used to be self-appeared as Democracy.
The Greek state economically and strategically, was traditionally a slave to the capitalistic forces of Britain and America, and is still dependent on advanced capitalist countries in many forms, economically, militarily and culturally. Result of this dependency was the creation of a huge state, that operated and still operates as a processor of promises and financial transactions for the benefits of local and foreign oligarchies. In recent decades, there were distributed and given as a gift to magnates of wealth and to fops of social and political life huge amounts of capital funds from the Community Support Framework of the European Union even from the funds of Social Insurance System, with black money, loans free of conditions, fake competitions.
The public wealth was transferred to Greek and foreign monopolies together with countless privileges and tax-exemptions. In addition, tax-exemptions for big businesses and tax-cuts for high incomes was a key element for economic policy of Ronald Reagan the guru of neoliberalism. The theory was based on increasing entrepreneurship and expenditure of the rich people that would result the improvement of all social classes, event that never happened. The implementation of this model in Greece led to a huge accumulation of profits for the local and transnational capital.
For the benefit of powerful economic cycles was led to impoverishment the biggest mass of workers and were stuck the salaries and pensions on the level of hunger. The workers, the craftsmen, the small and middle market, the professional services, which are the main productive forces and have become the feeders of plutocracy, are crushed by unsustainable taxes, de-industrialization and the general decline. The public economic and social life has become a fiefdom of the cycles of the oligarchy. The majority of the population is under an unprecedented economic oppression, while on the same time hundreds of millions of euros are spent for the strengthening on friendly constructive compnies' contractors and abusers of public life.
Behind the mask of "democracy" those who have the power engage in irresponsible exploitation against the produced by people (and for the people?) overvalue under the argument that this exploitation is the product and will of the majority of the people. It is, literally, a vicious circle, which has its roots in the early years after the fall of the hunta in 1974. When, after the fall of the US-led military dictatorship, appeared those who would operate the will of the people for freedom, fairer distribution of wealth and transparency. They said lies to people by repeating words which the people wanted to listen to, that, so, Greece will stop being a protectorate of the English and Americans, by creating the appropriate conditions to restore the autonomy of the country and as a natural consequence will come the improvement of living conditions. But those promises were just "dust in the wind, because "Western democracy" was doing a good job. Those who make the country work, the folk, are newcomers at their own land and various luminary brains speak on his behalf. Why the representatives of the Greek Industrialists Association should speak about the Insurance System, when their pre-eminent role is to safeguard their own individual interests? National Bank of Greece itself, the temporal abuser of public funds and copartner of the European Central Bank, admits openly that the largest proportion of public money which is flowing into funds of the State comes not from those who have the money, because they evade taxes, but from the over-loaned households which are forced through lending to become food for the bankers so they can respond to the state's economical attack. Eventually, all that remains on topic in this ravaged place is that we work for the minority and the minority works for themselves.
But now the king is naked. The widespread corruption underlying the triangle of power, state-capital-mass media, can not be hidden. The economically weak majority of people gets widened, while at the same time they work-produce for the accumulation of wealth on the side of the economic elite. It is the economic oligarchy, which is the real power that plans, under silence and safety, the basic guidelines in public life and political decisions. The modern elite of the country, the bourgeois class, is constructed by a clearly defined circle of people who are sharing for their own the wealth of the country and have common characteristics among each other. They live in guarded by police and bodyguards areas, such as Kolonaki district, the rich north or south suburbs. They laugh together in luxurius places, such as Ekali Club, Athenian Club, and often or rare they visit destinations like Switzerland and exotic islands. They control an army of journalists who cover and legalize their actions, maximize their control in state matters and buy justice by possessing all the mass media. They control print and electronic media, banks, constructive and financial companies, industrial and telecommunications, the stockmarket, Palaces of Culture and big football limited-responsibilities' companies. These crazy-happy-friends is extremely tight and there is solidarity both in joy and in sorrow. At the marriage of Vardinogiannis' son, at the baptize of Chatzinikolaou's son, at the funeral of Lamprakis the guests were almost the same, representatives of the contemporary ruling class, journalists, businessmen, politicians and, not to forget, the American ambassador. The same people who will announce in the mass media, that should become cutouts for pensions and wages, in the same time, when a bottle of wine on their table may cost more than a monthly wage.
It is on charts these days to read and hear complaints from the government and the media, that the Greek financial system and generally the southern European countries are under attack from different centers of transnational profiteers, from the markets, the Anglo-Saxon banks etc. All these complaints are completely abstract and never lead to individual persons, as if talking about a natural disaster. This is clearly a distortion of reality while the markets are constructed by profit-speculators who are people with a full name, with businesses' owning titles. They are a relatively small number of people who form a transnational elite and exchange between each other the key-positions they owe.
The same people who work for the International Monetary Fund after some time can work for national central banks, become priministers and financial ministers, consultants in multinational companies, organizations such as NATO etc. Tony Blair after being Britain's priminister and sidekick of the Americans during the invasion in Iraq, became a director of JPMorgan, that has under its control the newly established Commercial Bank in Iraq, controlling the economy of the country, through the trade finance exchanges and the oil. The president of the Italian central bank (Βanca d΄Ιtalia) Mario Draghi had served as vice-chairman of Goldman Sachs and now gets prepared to become president of the European Central Bank. John Lipsky, former manager of IMF, has also worked as vice president of JPMorgan.
About Greece the "savior" manager of public debt Petros Christodoulou had offered his services in the past both at JPMorgan and the Goldman Sachs, but also at Credit Suisse. Recently, in fact, we learned from the well-known leaks of EYP (National Information Service) to press, that were identified four profit-speculative companies that become richer by functioning against the Greek economy. It was not leaked, of course, that one of them named Fidelity was a shareholder in Tyletypos, the owning company of Mega Channel. Boss, for real, and a major cash-donor of journalists who every night are trying to convince us that everyone must pay for the crisis. The same company also had a 4.5% stake of the shares in National Bank. In another case during the last Greek bond sale-out among the banks that lent the Greek State under the usurious rate of 6.5% was also the National Bank and Eurobank.
Let's stop having doubts, their "western democracy" has nothing to do with the social power that is desired by society. It's just a trick to keep people captive. What exists is the oligarchy of some powerful persons and the the majority of the people. The meaning of words is lost if there are no struggles for their maintenance. The challenge, then, is the resistance to unpopular projects. The response of the people must not be the inactivity but the confrontation with the options and mechanisms of the ruling class both on mass and individual level. As long as the reaction to all this is the passivity and individualism, so long territory will be given to the bosses to increase their exploitation conditions. The enemy is real and certainly not the immigrants, not the parts of the society who are fighting strongly and confrontationally, nor any other social groups who are aimed by the sovereign power. What is needed is to realize is that the most pieces of society face the same problems. We see our lives declining continuously.
What is necessary is to go into action. Even the conversation in our working place about how much ridiculous is the boss can be concidered as resistance. Gradually tolerance and fear and the imposed privetation will be removed and then will dominate the passion for justice and freedom, and the struggle of people to be saved from oppression. But where we should get is not to leave unanswered anything at all. Any change to worse situations for workers will result in cost to the bosses, from the verbal protest to violent actions. The December 2008 was not a deadlock firework, but an editorial part of the social struggles that are ongoing. In the social dialogue our own choice of armed struggle, is the immediate way to attack back against the plans of the state, the capitalists and the imperialists. It is the historical continuation of the struggles of the past with the ultimate aim of dialectic between us and the struggling parts of the society.
JPMorgan, proven, was caught red-handed stealing the money of the Insurance System, not through some financial tool of questionable legality , as they call them, but through the traditional gift-giving. And JPMorgan was interested in buying the financial bond only and only to have the ability to steal again in the future. According to the relations of IMF with JPMorgan, we easily conclude that the pressures of the IMF (and EU) for structural changes, for example in the Insurance System, have the ultimate aim of increasing the profits of financial institutions. Maybe this time, they have a better and not so easy to found out plan so they can put the cash on hands, but the objective remains the same, making it easy for them to control the economies and markets and profit speculatorly. The explosive mechanism at JPMorgan's offices in Kolonaki district was a practical protest against its parasitic action.
The cops did not make it to evacuate the building despite the time of half hour we gave them. We can not know if they were simply unable or had something else in mind.
On the same day that took place our action, Greek police killed Nikola Todi, 25 years old, with 9 bullets proving once again the zero respect that they have for human lives and disadvantaged persons.

# 203 | Crisis, “bankruptcy” and probation are a generalisation of the social and class war. No consent to the austerity plan!
(Translated communique by the anarchist group Resalto in Athens)
“At your draws
the galley slave was always the one to lose
and to be savaged.
But the time of happy shipwrecks is over.
When the admirals fall into the sea
don’t count on us to throw a life-jacket
unless it’s one made of stone”
Crisis, deficit, debt, spreads, probation, austerity plan, emergency measures, necessary measures, additional measures…
A campaign of social terrorisation has been launched in the past few months that is spinning around the capitalist crisis and the state deficit, especially after the staged elections of October for the handing over of the government position to the social-neoliberal political management. The pre-planned, full-scale class attack from the side of Capital, aiming at further shrinking of labour costs and pensioner rights, as well as the continuation of the “necessary” capitalist restructuring, were both showing signs of delay and incapacity to be introduced by the previous political leadership – whose social status after December’s revolt had been shredded apart. A “fresh governance” with an equally fresh “mandate from the people” was needed and was achieved with ample pre-electoral selling of hope to the gullible.
Of course, the promises and fake words disappeared overnight. Suddenly they “discovered” the “lies of the previous ones regarding the size of the state deficit”; they were “perplexed” and “enraged” by the “country’s tragic finances” and they imposed a “state of emergency” calling for “national conscription” to face the situation – promoting for themselves the image of an “honest government, negotiating and fighting hard for the country’s good”.
“We must all contribute to the rescuing of the national economy”, howl the political and financial bosses and their journalist-lackeys. All who eat with golden spoons, exploit human labour, pocket bribes, sort out their own people and loot social wealth. The bosses, the financiers and the managers, the bank/ stock market capital and its golden boys, the governors, the party headquarters and their electoral clientèle, TV station owners, salaried hack writers and the journalistic mouthpieces, the managers of public administration, of state organisations and insurance funds… This raffle asks us once again to “tighten the belt”, to accept the new plans of austerity, the cutting-down of wages, pension freezes, additional tax exactions; “restructuring” in the insurance plans, “flexible” and insecure labour, and so on.
How boring and lousy a repetition of the same defrauding tactics. For twenty-five years now it’s been always the same, always with a different disguise. And of course it is anything but a coincidence that the guarantors of this global-scale experiment of social and class discipline and further pillage are the watchers of the EU, the howling dogs of the EU Commission, with a parallel observation of the IMF.
And so pensions must stay put and salaries must be cut, with a 30% cut of the Easter and Christmas bonuses; apart from the further 12% cuts to the rest of the bonuses of the public sector employees (for now, this is “limited” to the public sector, but how long will it really take for the discussion for its extension to the private one too?). New taxes must be applied to petrol, cigarettes, drinks, together with the increase of the VAT across all categories (from 4,5 to 5%, from 9 to 10%, from 19 to 21%) and new tax scales have to be constructed at the expense, once again, of the waged and the pensioners – now to include the so-called “middle incomes”. At the same time the number of the officially registered unemployed has sky-rocketed to 800.000 as of early March, making the estimate of minister of employment, Loverdos, of 1.000.000 during 2010 looking rather mild.
The domestic and supra-national sovereignty, the local and globalised elites of political and financial power, which have amassed and privatised incomprehensibly huge wealth during the past 30 years of (neoliberal) development and looting, are now attempting to spread across society their damage and to continue apace with their attack and their looting. “We have gained everything and it’s time for you to pick the bill” is their cynical statement. With some determination that fills our city centres with cops of all kinds: check-points, pedestrian and motorcycle patrols, neighbourhood police, undercovers and units of crowd repression (the well-known MAT). A very real occupation army for the dealing with of any possible social reaction, unrest or uprisings. After all, the memory of “December” is still fresh, in society as much as in the government boards.
The new round of the social-class war has started and goes under the names of “Crisis”, “Probation”, “Austerity and Development Plans”… and more is to come. Intensification of exploitation in the workplace; new measures for further flexibility of the job market” (read: further labour insecurity), laws for the complete deconstruction of the system of social security, increase of the reserve labour army of the unemployed. The ruffians are brutal: “work more for less”, that’s the only way for costs to go down, for investments to come back, for capital to move, for new work positions to open up, for us to exit the crisis. And who knows what comes next…
And so questions immediately open up: is it ever possible for someone, after all these years of exploitation and mocking, to still believe in or trust the political and business establishment together with its supranational coalitions (EU, IMF and so on?) Is it possible for us to take in stoically the looting of our lives, to consent with our crushing? Illusions of “rights” – “vested” or else, are over. Any further time credit to this deteriorating world of alienation, of exploitation and obedience must end the soonest. The state-capitalist system no longer has anything to promise other than more poverty (material, emotional, mental), environmental destruction, human wrecks, fear and repression.
Let’s organise and strengthen our fronts and our trenches in the social-class war that is storming ahead. Promoting the logic of the community, of mutual aid, real solidarity in-between the lines of the exploited and the suppressed, away from fictional dichotomies and constructed divisions (workers-unemployed, new-old insured persons, locals-migrants and so on). Promoting the logic of conflict with the political and financial authority and its advocates. Against fatalism, individualisation, individual and social defeat. Promoting the logic of direct, collective action; without hierarchies, without any experts or mediators , away from all party, syndicalist or media conduct. Not only for our defense and our survival, not for the little and the immediate, but for the self-determination of our own lives. For the prospect of a free, self-organised society with no authority, no class divides, no social discrimination, alienation or existential dead-ends.
Fight back against the pillage of the state and the bosses

Released from prison the young man who is accused of involvement in ''CONSPIRACY OF THE CELLS OF FIRE'' and was
arrested for the sole "evidence" to find fingerprints in a plastic bag and a booklet. is transported objects found at home in
Halandri, which were the first arrests in the case.
The undefined 21year old man is released by the Ordinance of the Council of Appeal, and after a positive recommendation
from the prosecutor. The boy was arrested on the first February and was considered in prison three days later, with the
consent of prosecutor and investigator.
Democracy prejails because of a finger-print on a plastic bag!!!
The State power with the activation of necessary Fear & Consent Producing Assistive Devices, in the frame of anti-revolt, started a Middle Ages "chase of witches". The recent prejailing of N.V. 21 years old only with the evidence of a fingerprint on an empty plastic bag, shows that we have to defend against a massive suspects creating manufacture.
Some days before the parliament elections in 2009, the patrons of Greek Republic invade in the house of anarchist Charis Ch. They arrest him and complain categories for participating in the "Conspiracy Cells of the Fire". Charis Ch. connection with CCF comes after guesswork of the Antiterrorist authorities, who show and quash findings, such as left-overs of explosive device inside a garbage bin in the near (!!!) of the arrested's house. At the same time, get also arrested his cousin and his girlfriend and one more anarchist, Panagiotis M., who used to keep friendly relations together. To back up the arrests of the lasts, mass media, as being mouth-pieces of Greek Police, rename the house into hide out, and as elements are used their fingerprints in the house! Meanwhile, gets set up a pre-election spectacle amenity to the voters. All of them declare innocent for themselves, taking responsibility only for their political and social actions. Three of them, except the girl, are prejailed already for 5 months.
With Chrysochides now on the weel of repression, the state starts a frontal attack. Attempts to terrorize not only persons who move in political spaces, but, like during the civil war, also their friends and families, thereby criminalizing their social relationships.
- At once arrest warrants for 6 more persons get published, who have either political or friendly relations with the people above. The only elements remain to be the finger-prints in the house of Charis Ch. The show goes on with arrest warrants that get published in series against people who are known to the prosecuting authorities for their participation in social struggles.
- In 14/11/09 Antigoni Ch. gets arrested in front of Skaramagkas squat, with used as element a finger-print on candlestick (!!!), which disappeared later. The "dangerous terrorist", as the mass media represented her, is left temporarily free.
- In 5/1/2010 the case of Nikos M., was proved as one more fiasco. As elements are also used finger-prints that were found in a personal computer which was built (before the appearance of CCF) by Nikos M. for his fellow student Charis Ch. He gets allowed free until trial, accused with the Terror-law.
- In 1/2/2010 gets arrested one more person, with the charges against him with the Terror-law, who gets under prejail custody this time. The difference with the other cases? A finger-print on a plastic bag and one more on a printed matter. And all these in the house-"hide out" at Chalandri district.
Through the repression of the "inland enemy" comes the society's obedience.
Against the deafening silence they impose, let's give priority to our genuine solidarity with all the people who are under the target of state terrorism.

New 'Anarchist Graffiti in Newcastle' Website
After the riots Poitiers- Graffities on the walls, two people discharged
Due to police, about 20 graffities were found in Poitiers on Tuesday morning, threatening the police superintendent Papineau, banks and calling for solidarity.
These graffities were made on the town council walls, the police station and also the court.
Nobody has been arrested for that.
Desmartin, another police superintendent, who was ‚working‘ during the demonstration on October 10th in Poitiers, is now in Montpellier. Some graffities were found also there, threating him.
On February 23rd, two girls had a trial for DNA refusal, after the riots in October. About 30 people came to support them at the court.

Chile - in the face of wild nature's indomitable strength, some news from the earthquake
source: anonymous communique sent to Culmine, 28.02.10
27 febbraio, wild nature has again shown what it is capable of with an 8.8 Richter scale earthquake in the occupied territory of the State of Chile with 700 dead so far. It would be a mistake to make ethical considerations on a phenomenon of a nature that does not let itself be dominated, all the same there have been consequences for the exploited and for us, comrades active in the struggle in this part of the world.
The media morbidly celebrate and make the classic appeal to the military to line the streets in the face of looting and possible disorder, just as they judge and condemn the looters from their position as judges and moulders of public opinion.
Here are a few brief pieces of news from these territories:
- Occupied Spaces in Santiago del Chile:
At “La Crota” squat part of the facade of the outside wall has become detached and some of the roof fell onto the library, an internal wall fell onto the garden, damaging it. Some of the building occupied by the comrades is in "adobe".
- At the Sacco y Vanzetti occupied social centre part of the roof has fallen in. A number of walls have cracks and finally there is the classic disorder due to the library shelves having fallen down.
That is all the information we have at the moment, which does not methat other spaces have not been struck. More information below.
- Looting
In various places in the territory human needs have priority over the law and the bourgeois morals of respect for private property.
Attacks on supermarkets and large centres to recuperate and expropriate food, water and other items for survival have seen great participation of the exploited.
In Concepción (epicentre of the earthquake) the exploited loot supermarkets by night and by day, while journalists film such scenes, commenting them like the good guardians of capital they are. Police start to repress brutally with hydrants (macabre irony of authority, considering that the provision of water has been suppressed) and continually fire teargas at the exploited.
The past few hours have been enlivened by a couple of clashes, comments of the press and expropriated goods in the anxious hands of the exploited.
The authorities are already talking of a critical situation and some of the military have already occupied the streets to try to "bring the situation under control". The press are indignant about the looting of articles that are not for immediate needs and which, ridiculously, well-off journalists consider to be "luxury goods". The exploited try to get what they can from the windows.
The military have now been authorised to occupy the streets and a state of siege has been declared in the most badly struck regions, while in Santiago units of the security forces are guarding the supermarkets, but exactly in the Quilicura (Santiago) area looting of supermarkets and pharmacies culminated with the hysterical PDI (Policia de Investigaciones) shooting at looters.
Prisoners
We have no news about the physical situation of the imprisoned comrades in Santiago and the various prisons in which they find themselves kidnapped.
Axel Osorio, Marcelo Dotte, Esteban Huiniguir (C.A.S).
Marcelo Villarroel, Freddy Fuentevilla (M.A.S).
Pablo Carvajal, Matías Castro, Cristian Cancino (Santiago 1)
Sergio Vasquez, Alvaro Olivares (comrades of the 22 January collective, held in the damaged Ex Penitenciaria)
Flora Pavez (C.P.F)
Probably, the most worrying situations are those of Sergio, Alvaro and Flora because of the kind of construction of these extermination camps.
In the "El Manzano" prison, near Concepción, there was a riot after the earthquake, followed by a fire. In the end 70 prisoners managed to escape and part of the extermination centre was destroyed by the flames. This is a prison where some of the many Mapuche that have decided to struggle against the State are held. We sincerely hope that some have managed to escape.
For the time being there is no information from other prisons about the condition of the Mapuche political prisoners.
In the extermination camp of Chillan, following the collapse of a wall, a mass escape of prisoners took place. 90 have been recaptured and 4 were killed - better dead than free, the guards had decided - Finally 293 managed to escape and are still free.
The media are talking about escapes and attempted escapes in various prisons of the country, but this still has to be confirmed.
The old structures of Capital... will not fall down alone!

Curfew in Chile
The Chilean authorities have imposed a curfew in the Maule and Bio Bio regions, in the centre-south of the country, 37 hours after the earthquake that has caused over 708 deaths... The authorities lack of help for the victims has unleashed the anger of the people that have been struck, pushing them to loot supermarkets, chemists and shops to find what they need.
This has pushed the authorities to react, not to help the population, but to repress and safeguard the interests of the big commercial chains. For this reason a curfew has been declared from 21 to 6 in the morning to allow them to guarantee order and the protection of the large commercial centres and supermarkets with the justification of protecting one of the inventions of the neo-pinochestista system : the so-called " middle classes ".
Solidarity Poster for Polykarpos Georgiadis and Vaggelis Chrisohoidis (greece)
Anarchists solidarity protest outside Korydallos prison, the main prison in Athens, at the time of the change of the year. This protest happens every New Year's Eve for the past six years. This year more than 400 people took part in the protest that interacted with the prisoners inside through shouting mutual slogans and fireworks. The main slogan was "The passion for freedom is stronger that your prisons".
A society that punishes/the condition of incarceration/the prison of the mind/the prison as punishment/the rage of the damned will sound on the ruins of prisons/those denying obedience and misery of our era even within its hellholes/will dance together on the ruins of every last prison/with the flame of rebellion avenging whatever creates prisons.
To the prisoners struggle already counting one dead and thousands in hunger strike across greece, we stand in solidarity and anger until the destruction of every last prison.

Against the state, prison, capital.
Third day of demonstrations, after the announcement of the plan that takes back everything that class struggle has won the last 4 decades.
Demonstrations turn violent.
In Athens, clashes with the police forces outside the parliament and elsewhere. The president of ADEDY (sold out umbrella union) was attacked by many groups of demonstrators. Ministry of Labor evacuated under the fear of riots as the demonstration was heading towards it. Clashes with the police in many areas, as the situation turn uncontrollable. The number of the demonstrators is very difficult to estimate. They go on, at the time of writing.
In many cities, demos, in some clashes erupted and smashing of banks mostly.
