As was expected, since you have to cope with commissioned judges that follow commands from up above, the application of cancellation of the first court that charged Simos in absent for the delinquencies of 7 different robberies, was rejected.
Simos didn’t appear in the process because it was attempted again to transport him with the special prison-van with the internal cage, that is literally as if you are transported in a box. Repeatedly prisoners have asked to abolish this way of transfer. His lawyer asked for a postponement, producing also the relative doctors documents. Of course, it was rejected.
The trial proceeded normally. During it, the presiding judge constantly mentioned “this you will say on Wednesday”, substantially making it obvious that the decision was predetermined, since if the cancellation became acceptable, there would not be a trial on Wednesday!
Despite it became acceptable that the application was within the time limit, considering the situation of Simos during his hospitalisation did not allow any… dealing with urban justice, was rejected because the call that was made at… town hall of Vironas area, was legal since he himself was a fugitive and the authorities did not know where he lives(!).
Commonly bullshit…
The substance of this case, why that is he was a fugitive, and which was developed extensively so much by the witnesses, as by the lawyer, went unnoticed. As it also went unnoticed that in reality he has already been condemned for 7 robberies. Naturally, since it is a fully class justice, that considers that proletarians that deny the role of a slave of the system, should be exterminated… And anyway, if something is fugitive here, it is common sense, the indication of innocence and real justice…
When the decision was announced, the comrades that were in the room, severely heckled the judges, which withdrew immediately. On Wednesday the 24th , on the sixth floor, room 120 D, at 9.00 am, it will be attempted again to cancel the original court, or else the court of appeals will happen.
