In the early morning of the 5. August cops shot in Krems (Austria) the 14 years old Florian P. His 16 years old friend was seriously injured and lays in hospital.

Obviously they tried to break a supermarket with a screwdriver and another small garden tool. The cops try to justify their crime by stating that it was a chaotic, dangerous situation and they thought that the screwdriver would be a gun...

In the evening a demonstration took part in Vienna, where arround 150 people protested against the cops violence.

Anarchists solidarity protest outside Korydallos prison, the main prison in Athens, at the time of the change of the year. This protest happens every New Year's Eve for the past six years. This year more than 400 people took part in the protest that interacted with the prisoners inside through shouting mutual slogans and fireworks. The main slogan was "The passion for freedom is stronger that your prisons".
